Welcome to the 2026 NCSA Family Caregiver Survey
Last year, 1,289 caregivers answered the 2025 NCSA survey, and those answers opened doors in Congress and in state capitals throughout 2026 that no single family could open alone. This survey picks up where that one left off. Thirty-six multiple choice questions, about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your personal information will never be shared, so answer as honestly as you can. NCSA will take the collective results of this survey to the new Congress for our policy work in 2027.
